We currently manage the MRO materials for Dunlop Tire Corporation plants in Buffalo, New York and Huntsville, Alabama. Our responsibilities include the Procurement (using Dunlop vendor contracts), Receipt, Control and Issuance of all MRO materials. Under this contract, we operate a Receiving Department that receives and delivers all materials for the plant at the Dunlop Buffalo facilities (with the exception of raw materials). We control 56,000 items with a value of $18 million.  We began working in the Dunlop Tire Buffalo Plant in 1988 and have operated the MRO stores since that time.

Material Control, Inc. has managed the Production Planning and Purchasing Departments of Trico Products in Buffalo and the MRO inventory in Brownsville, Texas.  We have successfully negotiated contracts for the supply of MRO materials for Trico in Matamoros Mexico and Zenith Corporation in Reynosa Mexico. 

Sonoco Products Company has contracted MCI to install and implement DataStream MP2® planned maintenance software in 25 of their plants in the Paper, High Density Film and Can Divisions.  We continue to work with Sonoco in this area.

Mattel (Toys) sought the assistance of MCI in their MP2® project in Kentucky, we continue to work with Mattel installing and implementing this planned maintenance software.

Unlike DataStream®, MCI has been quite successful converting a multitude of legacy maintenance and inventory systems to both Version 5.0 and 6.0 of the DataStream® product.  This significantly reduces the cost and time of implementation.
